The data

We strive for accuracy and cite sources, but data is provided "as is" for informational purposes. Regulatory and renovation-forecast notes are estimates — verify with official local authorities before relying on them. We are not liable for decisions made solely on our data.

Acceptable use

Free/guest use is for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Automated bulk access and commercial use require a paid licence (see Pricing/API). Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service.

API & licences

Paid plans are governed by their plan terms and the commercial licence. Rate limits apply. We may suspend access for abuse or non-payment.

Hotelier content

If you claim a hotel, you confirm you are authorised and that submitted information is accurate. You grant us a licence to display it.

Affiliate links

Some booking links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
