Who we are

HotelChrono ("we") operates hotelchrono.com. Contact: hello@hotelchrono.com.

What we collect

Hotel data is public/sourced and contains no personal data. We collect personal data only when you give it: email and details submitted via our forms (e.g. lead, demo, claim, waitlist), and standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and analytics.

Why & legal basis

To respond to your request, provide the service, and improve it (legitimate interest); and to send updates you opted into (consent). We do not sell personal data.

Processors

We use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI research), and email providers (Zoho/Resend). Data may be processed in the EU and elsewhere under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email hello@hotelchrono.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention

We keep submitted data only as long as needed for the purpose, then delete or anonymise it.

We use only essential cookies (e.g. theme preference). No third-party advertising cookies.
