Where does the data come from?+
Only legitimate, sourced data — official hotel sites, press releases, public permits and registries, and open datasets. Every record links back to its source. We never scrape booking sites.
How do you predict renovations?+
Each hotel has a renovation cycle by category (5★ ≈ 7 years, 4★ ≈ 10, 3★ ≈ 12). Combined with the last verified renovation year and live news monitoring, a static date becomes a due-date forecast.
Can I export the data?+
